SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders placed by 2pm Monday-Friday will be fulfilled & shipped or ready for in store pick up on the same day. Otherwise they will be shipped out or ready for in store pick up the following business day.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be ready for in store pick up or shipped until Monday.
We do not ship or fulfill orders on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Unless otherwise noted, all items are shipped by USPS first class mail.
Once your package leaves Why Tots Boutique with a tracking number, it is no longer our responsibility. If you feel like your package may be lost, please contact your local post office. At USPS, all their employees have GPS scanners and can help you locate where your package was delivered.
